These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital services provided by Reclamation Dayz (“we”, “us”, “our”), including Priority Queue access for our DayZ game server(s).

By accessing our website, purchasing from our store, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Description of the service

We offer optional paid digital services for our DayZ server, including:

Priority Queue Access

  • Duration: 30 days
  • Price: £10 GBP
  • Scope: Applies only to our DayZ server

Priority Queue access provides preferential placement in the server connection queue. It:

  • - does not guarantee immediate server access
  • - does not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • - does not provide gameplay advantages or rule exemptions

4. Payment & pricing

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£)
  • Payments are processed via Stripe
  • Prices may change at any time for future purchases
  • All purchases are for digital services only

Access duration begins once payment is successfully processed.

5. Digital content & delivery

Priority Queue access is a digital service delivered electronically. Access is normally applied immediately after purchase and redemption for the SteamID linked to your Discord account.

No physical goods are supplied.

6. Right to cancel & refunds

UK customers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content normally includes a 14-day cancellation period.

By purchasing Priority Queue access, you expressly agree that:

  • - the service begins immediately after purchase, and
  • - you waive your statutory right to cancel once the service has started.

All customers

Once Priority Queue access has been activated, refunds are not offered, except where required by applicable law.

7. Global customers & mandatory local rights

We are based in the United Kingdom and operate under UK law. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the country in which you reside.

8. Server rules & enforcement

All players must comply with our server rules and code of conduct.

Priority Queue access:

  • - does not exempt players from moderation or enforcement
  • - does not prevent bans, suspensions, or wipes

No refunds will be issued for:

  • - rule violations
  • - bans (temporary or permanent)
  • - suspensions or account restrictions
  • - server wipes or resets

9. Availability & downtime

We do not guarantee:

  • - continuous availability
  • - uninterrupted access
  • - any specific performance, population, or uptime level

The server may be unavailable due to:

  • - maintenance
  • - updates
  • - restarts
  • - crashes
  • - hosting or network issues

Priority Queue time is not paused during downtime unless we explicitly state otherwise.

10. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, including server features and mechanics. Where possible, we will act reasonably and in good faith.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • - we are not liable for loss of in-game items, progress, or data
  • - we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • - our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (£10)

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are breached, server rules are violated, or abuse/cheating/exploitation is detected.

Termination in these circumstances does not entitle the user to a refund.

13. Age requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
  • Purchases by users under 18 require permission from a parent or guardian.

14. Privacy & data protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data-protection laws. Personal data may include email addresses, payment identifiers, Steam IDs, and IP addresses.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
